Building Permit, including extension and elevation, in agreement with the Historical Monuments Department. Enlarging 3 times larger than the existing house, innovative solutions to climate architecture, such as rainwater recuperation, creating a Greenhouse effect to warm the home naturally, natural ventilation, etc. Design of an entire wall in glass windows, creation of skylights over the dining room and stairs producing natural light throughout the house, planted English court, plaster bookcase with fireplace insert, etc.
Construction supervision from A to Z: partial demolition, reinforcement of the foundations, new construction and interior construction and finishing until the reception of the house.
